TERMS OF USE

INTRODUCTION

The platform https:// taxisbooking.be (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") aims to facilitate the connection between drivers and users seeking an approved transport service;

The Platform is operated by Digipulse (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"), a company under Belgian law registered with the Banque- Carrefour des Entreprises under number: 1000.838.278

These TERMS OF USE (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern your use of the Platform as a user (hereinafter referred to as "the User >").

By using the Platform, you accept without reservation the these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.


ARTICLE 1 - SERVICES

- Support users in searching for vehicles/ drivers to make their trips.

- Allow partner drivers to find missions more easily.

Thanks to our community of drivers, selected for their professionalism, users of the Platform increase their chances of finding an available vehicle quickly without having to contact the different companies in the region one by one.


ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

2.1 The connection service offered by the Operator via the Platform is provided free of charge to users of the website who, through it, request a price offer and/or a reservation from the Operator's partners.

2.2 Based on the information included in the price offer request submitted by the user via the Platform, the Operator's partners have the possibility of providing an offer to the user. When a partner service provider submits a price offer, the Operator communicates the offer by email to the user who requested it. By submitting a price offer request form via the Platform, the user acknowledges that he authorizes the Operator to communicate the details and information relating to this request to its partners.

2.3 By accepting the price offer submitted by one of the Operator's partners through, the user acknowledges that he authorizes the Operator to communicate his agreement to the partner the origin of this offer and indicate that you are awaiting confirmation.

2.4 The partner at the origin of the offer accepted by the user is then able to communicate or not the confirmation of the reservation to the user via the Operator.2.4 br>
2.5 As long as he has not received confirmation from the Operator's partner informing him that the reservation has been validated, the user acknowledges that there is no valid reservation for the service relating to the price offer that he accepted.

2.6 By accepting a price offer from one of the Operator's partners via the Platform, the user acknowledges having concluded an agreement and a commitment directly with the service provider concerned and that the Operator is in no way part of this agreement. The Operator cannot therefore be held responsible in the event of failure to comply with the commitments provided for in this agreement. The user acknowledges that no compensation can therefore be claimed from the Operator either for any inconvenience caused by this agreement, or for their possible consequences.

2.7 If for any reason, the user had to cancel his reservation and/or the passenger was not able to show up on time at the scheduled meeting point, he undertakes to inform the service provider concerned directly before the pick-up time planned in the reservation.

2.8 Information on Taxi fares strong> :

In terms of prices, the Walloon region imposes maximum prices. Each company can adjust its own prices while respecting these maximum prices:

Note, however, that most approved service providers charge prices well below the maximums imposed by the Walloon Region. This is also the case for most of our partners.

If the passenger shows up late at the meeting place fixed in the price offer that he has accepted, compensation to cover the waiting time between the initially scheduled pick-up time and the time actual support may be claimed from the passenger by the driver, in addition to the agreed fixed amount.

2.9 Airport Shuttle Service strong> :

For journeys departing from an airport:
When setting the desired pick-up time in their price quote request, the user must take into account a period of at least 30 minutes for the passenger to collect any luggage and join the driver after the the scheduled landing time of his flight.

Except in the event of a flight delay, compensation to cover the waiting time between the initially scheduled pick-up time and the actual pick-up time may be claimed from the passenger by the driver, in addition to the agreed fixed amount, if he shows up late at the meeting place fixed at the time of his reservation.

- In the event of a flight delay:
If the user has not neglected to mention the number of his flight when requesting a price offer, the driver will calculate the flight delay time based on the landing time initially planned in the flight plan. flight and actual landing time. He will then add this delay time to the pick-up time initially planned by the customer in his price offer request. If the actual pick-up time does not exceed the initially scheduled pick-up time plus the flight delay time, the customer will not have to pay any extra for waiting time. If the actual pick-up time exceeds the initially scheduled pick-up time plus the flight delay time, compensation to cover the additional waiting time may be claimed from the customer by the driver, in addition to the agreed lump sum amount.

In the event that the flight number has not been communicated by the user when requesting a price offer, compensation to cover the waiting time between the initially scheduled pick-up time and the The actual pick-up time may be requested from the customer if he/she shows up late at the meeting place set at the time of booking.


ARTICLE 3 – REQUEST FOR PRICE OFFER

3.1 Through the Platform, we provide you with a price offer request form.

3.2 The date and time that you are asked to indicate in the price quote request form corresponds to the date and time of the desired pick-up and not on the date and time of your arrival at your destination

3.3 You hereby acknowledge that you are making any request for a price quote in your own name or possibly on behalf of a third party who has mandated you to take care of it in their place. Payment takes place on board the vehicle at the end of the trip.

3.4 By making a request for a price offer via the reservation form made available on the Platform, the user acknowledges regularly consulting his emails at the email address he has communicated when requesting a price offer. Consequently, the user who makes a request for a price offer via the website of the company L'Exploitant acknowledges having consulted his emails.


ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

4.1 Payment is made in cash on board the vehicle, at the start or end of the journey, in cash or by bank card if the driver has a functional card payment terminal on board his vehicle.

4.2 The amount of payment corresponds to the fixed amount initially provided for in the price offer which was accepted by the user plus any compensation to cover the waiting time if the passenger does not is not presented at the meeting place at the time stipulated in the reservation request.

4.3 At the passenger's request, the driver can give him a receipt when he has received the payment. In this case, it is the passenger's responsibility to check that the receipt provided to him by the driver contains sufficient information to constitute a valid expense report. Note: "Receipt" ÿ "VAT invoice". A receipt does not indicate a VAT number and does not allow VAT to be recovered.

4.4 The passenger is the customer of the company for which the driver works. The driver does not work for the Operator. The passenger is in no way the customer of the Operator. No receipt and/or invoice may be requested from the Operator by the passenger or by the user who has been mandated by the passenger to make a request for a price offer and/or a reservation via the Platform.

4.5 The Operator does not receive any payment via the Platform


ARTICLE 5 – MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE.

5.1 The Operator reserves the right to modify, delete or add at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, the mentions of these General Terms.

5.2 Any user acknowledges having read these TERMS OF USE before each use of the Platform


ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY

6.1 The Operator cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any financial damage, or of any other nature, generated by the relationship between the user of the Platform and the driver and/or the taxi company that employs him.

6.2 Your relationship with the company and these TERMS OF USE are governed by Belgian law. You hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial court of the judicial district in which the Operator is located in the event of a dispute resulting from these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that the Company may request precautionary measures and/or any emergency measures or equivalent injunctions from the courts of any country.

6.3 Only the French version of these TERMS OF USE is authentic.
