ANSWER: During opening hours, our partners are generally quite responsive. If their schedule allows, you should receive a first quote within 15 to 45 minutes of submitting your application. QUESTION 2: Payment: Where, when and how ?

QUESTION 3: Is it possible to modify my reservation ?
ANSWER: If you wish to change your pick-up time, you can inform the driver directly at the telephone number provided to you in the confirmation email.
Each quote is personalized according to the parameters of your reservation, it is not possible to modify the following parameters: the date, the number of passengers, the pick-up address and the delivery address destination.
To change these settings of your reservation (other than pick-up time): 1- Cancel your reservation via the link provided for this purpose in our confirmation email. 2- Submit a new quote request via the form on our website. 3- Confirm your reservation request by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in our partner's quote email.
QUESTION 4: How can I contact the driver?
ANSWER: The telephone number of the driver who will be in charge of your transfer is indicated in the confirmation email of your reservation.
If you cannot find this email, it may have been considered "Spam mail" by your mailbox. Check your SPAM.
QUESTION 5: May I cancel my reservation ? If yes, how ?
ANSWER: Out of respect for the driver and his work, if you are no longer able to show up on the date and time at the meeting place planned during your reservation, we invite you to inform him as soon as possible possible.

QUESTION 6: If I am late at the meeting point, will I have to pay extra?
ANSWER: For journeys departing from an airport: When you set the pick-up time in your price quote request, be sure to take into account a period of at least 30 minutes to collect any luggage and join the driver after the scheduled landing time of your vol.
- In case of flight delay: If you did not forget to mention your flight number when requesting a price quote; the driver will be able to follow the progress of the flight and postpone your pick-up time if it is late. Although current regulations authorize them to do so, if the pick-up time actual charge does not exceed the initially scheduled pick-up time plus the flight delay time, our partners generally do not ask for a supplement for the waiting time. However, if the time actual pick-up time exceeds the initially scheduled pick-up time plus the flight delay time, compensation to cover the waiting time may be claimed from the passenger by the driver in accordance with maximum prices set by the Walloon Region. (37€/hour = 0.62€/minute)
Example: ° Plane landing time according to the flight plan: 7:30 p.m. ° Pick-up time initially scheduled by the customer: 8:00 p.m. ° Actual landing time: 7:50 p.m. ° Flight delay: 20 minutes ° Maximum pick-up time without extra charge for waiting time: 8:20 p.m.
If actual support: 8:30 p.m. —> 10 minutes of waiting time = 10 x €0.62 = €6.20 (maximum) compensation to cover the waiting time.
- In any other case; In accordance with maximum prices set by the Walloon Region (37€/hour = 0.62€/minute), an allowance to cover the waiting time between the pick-up time initially planned and the actual pick-up time may be claimed from the passenger by the driver, in addition to the agreed fixed amount, if he shows up late or does not show up at the meeting place fixed during his reservation.
