ANSWER: For journeys departing from an airport: When you set the pick-up time in your price quote request, be sure to take into account a period of at least 30 minutes to collect any luggage and join the driver after the scheduled landing time of your vol.
- In case of flight delay: If you did not forget to mention your flight number when requesting a price quote; the driver will be able to follow the progress of the flight and postpone your pick-up time if it is late. Although current regulations authorize them to do so, if the pick-up time actual charge does not exceed the initially scheduled pick-up time plus the flight delay time, our partners generally do not ask for a supplement for the waiting time. However, if the time actual pick-up time exceeds the initially scheduled pick-up time plus the flight delay time, compensation to cover the waiting time may be claimed from the passenger by the driver in accordance with maximum prices set by the Walloon Region. (37€/hour = 0.62€/minute)

If actual support: 8:30 p.m. —> 10 minutes of waiting time = 10 x €0.62 = €6.20 (maximum) compensation to cover the waiting time.
- In any other case; In accordance with maximum prices set by the Walloon Region (37€/hour = 0.62€/minute), an allowance to cover the waiting time between the pick-up time initially planned and the actual pick-up time may be claimed from the passenger by the driver, in addition to the agreed fixed amount, if he shows up late or does not show up at the meeting place fixed during his reservation.
